TENRI STAMINA RAMEN (天理スタミナラーメン)

Good Day to all of you my fellow steemians!
Happy Friday to all of you and hope everybody is doing good and not feel tired.
Our topic of the day is all about the magic taste of Stamina ramen in JAPAN.
During my college days I used to eat this famous stamina ramen along the street of Tenri shi Japan.
I could not believe it that they do have food stall in the street, I thought its only in the Philippines that we can see this kind of food stand.
I was kinda curious about it since all of my classmates talked about it.

So I decided to go and eat at an outdoor restaurant called "Tenri Stamina Ramen" with my friends.It is a five minutes walk from my home, and it has been a while since I've been there.

久しぶりに家から歩いて５分くらいのとこにある結構若いこの間で話題の「天理スタミナラーメン」に友達と食べに行った。若かりし頃に「天理ラーメン」が大ブームでした

There are 2 men that do the preparations for the restaurant.
They open about 6:00pm, and remain open until late at night.

男の人２人で準備して大体夜の６時くらいからかなぁ～
お店はオープンし深夜までやってます。

They serve small and large size ramen, and spam musubi.
The small size is 600yen, and I'm not sure about the cost of the larger one.
But the price is very reasonable.

メニューはスタミナラーメンの小か大あと、スパムむすびがあります。
ラーメンの値段は小で６００円です。大はいくらだったけな？
値段もリーズナブルでいいです♪

The truck instantly changes into a kitchen and counter!
トラックが一瞬にして調理場とカウンターに変身！

The ramen that we ate, had an orange color soup, it was smooth, and it was not pungent, or too oily.
The noodles were the straight-type, and simple.
The toppings were pork, chinese cabbage and leeks mixed in chili powder spice (it is a spicy dish).
There is a fragrance of garlic, and it is a flavor that can easily become your favorite.

程なくして配膳された一杯は、スープがオレンジ色をしており、粘度はさらっとしており、
臭みのない動物系の出汁に、唐辛子や豆板醤のが主張しており辛さはそこそこありました。
またオイリーさはそこまでなく、麺は細めのストレート麺で、見た目より以外にあっさりとしていて、
トッピングは豚肉、白菜、ニラ等をピリ辛の味つけで炒めたものがのっかります。
ニンニクの香りも良くきいていて癖になりそうな味です☆
