A new chocolate shop “PRESTAT” opened here in Kanazawa. It’s purveyor to the British Royal Household. There are only two shops in Japan. Every package of chocolate is very colorful and vivid. This bland is well known for chocolate truffle and “pink champagne” flavor is most famous. Moreover I strongly recommend soft serving cacao ice cream. It has a marvellous aroma and rich cacao. I intended to share it with Kimiko, but I ate a lot.
