Another jog in Jarry Park today.

I'm drinking some cod oil each day now. It is one of the best sources of omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), and it contains relatively high amounts of vitamin A and vitamin D.

Another great energy booster is putting MCT oil extracted from coconuts into your coffee. It boosts fat burning and increases mental clarity. MCT can also help you lose weight because it is quickly burned and metabolized. That also makes it a good source of extra energy.

You should try Rooibos tea with Sceletium :) . I sometimes put coconut oil in my coffee instead of soya milk how does that compare to MCT oil?

It's nearly the same coconut oil has a large amount of MCT (Medium-chain triglyceride). MCT oil is slightly more concentrated but coconut oil was what I putting in my coffee before too.
