Amazing fact! Nerf gun is illegal?!

Hello everyone! This post is about Korea's exorbitant reality. If you liked gun, you maybe played with "Nerf gun" at once, or you might heard of it at once before. For someone who don't know it, I'll show picture for you.

This is it. However, according to Korean regulation, toy gun and illegal gun's difference is how heavy the bullet is, how fast it is, how strong it is (J). Well, Nerf "Strongarm"'s bullet is 1 g for average, and Korea's regulation said 0.2g is the limit. Also, length of bullet should be under 5.7mm, and its bullet length is 12mm. WELL, According to Korean regulation All series of Nerf is ILLEGAL. Oh my god, I was really shocked. WELL, so sponge shooting Nerf gun could KILL SOMEONE? As you know, yep, you definetly cannot. If you did, I would give a big hand for you!

According to haters, as real gun can kill people, over regulationed toy gun could kill people, too. As a result, nerf could kill too. Thus, because of this high regulation, there is less gun accident in Korea. OF COURSE, because we cannot bring gun in here, isn't it? Well according to their logics, then why don't you regulate knives? The cooking knives. You can kill with it. Also you can kill people with a pillow. Then ban it too? I strongly think they are bunch of idiots. I'm so curious of your opinion. Is this right?

어이가 없는 블로그 글에 화나서 올려봅니다. 신나게 웹서핑을 하다, 어떤 괴상한 분이 "너프 총" 장난감 총이 0.2g 즉, 우리나라 모의총포 기준에 어긋난다면서 너프 총은 모의총포이다, 라면서 광역수사대에 감식 요청을 하셨습니다. 개인적으로, 비비탄총을 갖고 놀고, 너프 건을 가지고 노는 입장에서 어이가 없었습니다. 도데체 어떻게 하면 스폰지를 발사하는 장난감으로 사람을 죽일수 있다는건지 정말 궁금합니다. 애초에 이것으로 사람을 죽일 염려가 생긴다고 한다면, 부엌칼이나 나뭇가지 또한 사람을 다치고 상해를 입힐 수 있으니 도검류로 분류해 전부다 처벌해야 되는것이 아닌가요? 거기다 한국은 총기 금지 국가여서 원래부터 총기 사고 발생률이 적을 수 밖에 없는 나라입니다. 그에 따른 단속도 깐깐하고요. 물론 한국은 미국이 아닌점 잘 이해합니다. 하지만, 도데체 어떻게 생각을 하면 아이들 갖고 노는 장난감이 모의총포로 분류 할 생각을 하시는지 참 궁금합니다. 스티밋 한국분들, 영어권분들 생각이 정말로 궁금한 바입니다. 과연 너프건이 우리나라 모의총포 분류법을 위반해서 모의총포로 분류시켜 금지시키는게 맞는걸 까요??
