으으, 저도 눈물이 많은 편이라 ㅠㅠ 한번 터지면...... 끝이 없죵 ㅠㅠ
그래서 이왕이면 꾹꾹 참는데,
가끔은 혼자 소리내어 울어 버리면 좀 왠지 기분이 좀 나아지는것 같아요~

    터질땐 그냥 내버려둬야죠. 방법이 있겠어요. 비워내는 것도 좋으니까요. ㅎㅎ
