-Minimum of 12 hours~Up to 24 hours

4 . Implementation Method
12:12 - 12-hour fasting 3 meals a day + no late night snacks for 12 hours
16:8 - No breakfast or dinner 2 meals a day
5 . Precautions
-Pregnant women, breastfeeding women, growing children, underweight children, type 1 diabetes, and cancer patients are recommended to observe normal meal times.
