But, there is too much leadership in the world.
Emotional leadership, sincerity leadership, servant leadership, power leadership, winning leadership, communication leadership, field leadership, transformational leadership, exemplary leadership, coaching leadership, democratic leadership, ...
It is leadership bubbles! Especially, so many tech leaders are more confused in tech trends.
What kind of leadership is the best?
For 20 years, I have always had a lot of concerns about leadership. There are so many leadership lectures and information in on/off-lines. I planed to develop successors and train leaders, but it is not easy to find good leaders. Not enough candidates.
What is the real leadership?
Is the leadership the force that moves the organization?
Can I learn the force in physics?
So, I opened the book of basic physics . I could find the definition of the force and a force has a physical property called the vector. So, I tried to match the leadership and the force in physics.
