I had no shortage of activity on Thursday starting out with a body workout increasing once again on what I did last time. It brings a nice balance to feel the next day that I did some reps without feeling too much discomfort. I went on a 30-Minute Run afterwards and joined a 18:15 session of Yoga to straight no a Speed Date I signed up for. I also did one last month which turned out to really be a fun night. Yesterday was much less of a success as there were only 9 women and none I really had a connection with to want to see them again.
