Biography
Antoine de Saint Exupéry (1900-1944) was a French writer, illustrator and pilot, he is the author of a classic of literature “The Little Prince”, written in 1943. Antoine-Marie-Roger de Saint-Exupéry was born in Lyon (France) on 29 June 1900. He was the third child of Count Saint-Exupéry and Countess Marie Fascolombe, an impoverished aristocratic family. He studied at the Jesuit school Notre Dame de Saint Croix and at the school of the Marianists, in Friborg, Switzerland.
