Japanese cuisine//Spring onion lemon soy sauce chicken 日式家庭料理//橙醋蔥燒雞
Ingredients
2 pieces of chicken thigh
4 table spoon chopped spring onion
1 table spoon Japanese cooking wine or rice wine
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
3 table spoon Japanese Ponzu sauce
(If you don't have Ponzu sauce with you, you can substitute with 1/2 table spoon lemon juice, 1 1/2 table spoon soy sauce and 1 table spoon rice vinegar)
Directions
- Marinate the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and rice wine for 10 minutes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan, brown the chicken.
- Stir in spring onion and Ponzu sauce cook until warmed through.
- Garnish with more spring onion and serve.
材料
2 片雞腿肉
4 大匙蔥花
1 大匙料理酒或米酒
1 茶匙胡椒鹽
3 大匙日本橙醋
(如手邊沒有橙醋, 可以以 1/2大匙檸檬汁, 1 1/2大匙醬油及1大匙米醋代替)作法
- 以料理酒及胡椒鹽醃製雞腿肉10分鐘
- 熱鍋倒入橄欖油, 雞腿入鍋煎至金黃
- 拌入蔥花及橙醋至雞腿肉熟透
- 盛盤撒上少許裝飾用蔥花
