Go to a park one day and just sit. Don’t do anything else. Just sit in the moment and realize that you are a part of it all.Close your eyes and just listen to what’s going on around you. Try not to think about anything in particular. When you feel yourself drifting away from the moment, just bring yourself back to the present. This is how you commune with life. Most of us think that we are living life, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. In our day to day grind, we are not living. We are simply existing. There’s a huge difference between living and merely existing.
