Dump the tobacco which is costly and very bad for ya (get Champix (sp?) to help reduce the cravings during withdrawal period) and if you wish replace with cannabis capsules (I figure, the best form of edibles). Don't smoke it cause is dirties your lungs. Also try TM (Transcendental Meditation) 20 minutes - twice a day. I know, boring as hell - but is known to have positive physiological benefits.
