How the basis of feeling stressed or anxious is our own 'inner voice'

The words we use to talk to ourselves have an impact on our negative emotions. When we are distressed, sad, or apprehensive, our own 'inner voice' is at the root of the problem.

I was curious about what he thought of me, what would happen if this event occurred, why I went about it in this manner, how he would go about it, and how that incident occurred. Thoughts gnaw at the corners of our minds. As a result of each of these thoughts, we experience a variety of negative emotions.

We will not allow anyone or anything to make us feel bad about ourselves! Whether it's because of what we think about that person or scenario, or because of the meaning we assign to the experience, we're feeling bad!

This suggests that we have the ability to expel ourselves from positive feelings in the same way that we can expel ourselves from negative emotions. The first step toward being able to achieve this is to concentrate on one's own spoken language with one's own thoughts. What methods do you use to communicate with yourself? What activities do you engage in to make yourself happy? Is it possible that you're making yourself feel uncomfortable? Do you suffer from a great deal of anxiety? Consider whether you're judging yourself at the moment. Does being tolerant of yourself come naturally to you, or does it come more naturally to be critical of yourself?

We will not allow anyone or anything to make us feel horrible about ourselves. Is it possible that your thoughts are keeping you awake at night? Why not give it a shot during the entire day? Do you have a negative belief that occupies your thoughts while you declare yourself to be happy?

Instead of using negative noises, positive ones should be employed. It is critical to replace it with thoughts that are all-encompassing, constructive, positive, and realistic, and that help you feel better. It is critical to be conscious of negative thoughts on a daily basis and to begin exercises to replace them with more positive ones as soon as possible after becoming conscious of them.

The events of your life, as well as your own undesirable behaviour, do not constitute your entire existence. If you take a more comprehensive view of events and adopt a more supportive attitude toward oneself, you may notice a reduction in negative emotions.
