The Bosu Ball is my favorite piece of fitness equipment. "B.O.S.U." means Both Sides Up since it can be used on both sides. Its super versatile and can be used to work your upper and lower body.
The exercises I chose are designed to work your chest, legs, core and cardio. Aim for 3 sets of 10 repetitions of each. You will get a full body workout that gets your heart racing and melting fat.
