The Benefits of Gratitude in Life and How to Get Started

Beginning in March of 2021, we have embarked on a new journey. I think it's safe to say that we are all living in an entirely new era that we haven't encountered before.

Mine has had its ups and downs, like any other. An ecstatically glad day will be followed by an ecstatically sorrowful day; one day I will be active, the next I will be inactive.

This time, though, I have a new strategy. Begin with the "Jar of Happiness," which was created by a Japanese artist. The time has come to put my two-year plan into action. The Happiness Jar is filled with the following items: Publish a small message in the jar every day, describing a nice memory you've had.

We believe that we live a miserable existence, yet the jar proves that this is not the case. On occasion, we are pleased, and we will continue to be pleased in the future. According to my experience thus far, the consequence is that I not only reflect about my day before bed, but I also realise how ordinary the happy moments are, which I would otherwise neglect during the day. It helps you become more aware, and I encourage it to everyone.

With my head on my pillow every night, I think back on my day and how I spent it, all thanks to the Jar of Happiness. My days had been pointless, and I was beginning to panic at night. "Oh! I wasn't able to do anything particularly noteworthy today "I used to yell every night as I walked home from work.

I had a large number of supplies on hand. That kept me occupied and allowed me to add to my collection. Every piece, from the kalimba to the rope, thousands of books and many hours on the balance board, means a great deal. After finishing them, there will be no room in my schedule for any further commitments.

I'm compelled to reach out and touch each and every one of them. I don't look them in the eyes unless I really want to.

But I won't be able to sleep until I've touched my toys. I'm not pleased with myself or with the way my day has gone.

This is the point at which I was crystal clear.

The way you spent your day had a strong correlation with how you felt, rather than how much work you accomplished.

What do I think of how I've spent my day thus far?

What do I require in order to enjoy my day?

After that, the two questions you just read were asked. Keep in mind that questions can have multiple answers.

This window was opened as a result of the fear, anxiety, and boredom that plagued me every night. "A tight soul is good because it does not leak," our forefathers believed. In today's world, we may be tempted to flee from boredom, but our survival instinct ensures that we will always find a way to escape.

I was getting tired of my nights coming to a close like way. "Do I gain pleasure from laughing or engaging in other enjoyable activities?" I pondered the question to myself. What if I was able to engage in a meaningful conversation? Would I be content today if all I did was dream? There are numerous of these that I am looking for solutions to. They're all about my feelings and emotions are everything. Because I've discovered that the tasks you strive to complete as a responsibility to make the most of your day almost never succeed in doing so. It is when people stuff themselves with food as though it were a chore rather than a pleasure that they grow colder.

What if I, for example, spend all of my time listening to the birds who sing all the time? Even if I don't have any. Is it true that I'm content? If everything went perfectly, my day would be perfect! It is not about how much you accomplish, but rather about how effectively you accomplish it.
