  1. Chew Thoroughly and Slow Down
    2.Use Smaller Plates For Unhealthy Foods
  2. Eat Plenty of Protein
  3. Store Unhealthy Foods Out of Sight
  4. Eat Fiber-Rich Foods
  5. Drink Water Regularly
  6. Serve Yourself Smaller Portions
  7. Eat Without Electronic Distractions
