Getting hurt may not be intentional, but stopping the hurt is a conscious choice. Adversity do build character, but it largely depends on how the person takes it, and how long it takes too.

However, if you choose to heal and move you, you will become stronger, and you will probably face greater challenges the next time. One thing I learned is if you kept on facing the same obstacles over and over again, there's probably something you haven't leaned yet.
