The pressure to maintain this persona can build frustration and dissatisfaction over time, leading to a longing for something more fulfilling.

When these survival mechanisms feel burdensome, that’s when the desire for change surfaces. It pushes individuals to confront their feelings and explore new paths toward joy and satisfaction.

As they recognize the patterns that no longer serve them, they can begin the process of transformation, paving the way for a more fulfilling life, one that aligns with their true self and aspirations.
