The majority of the time, people declare that they believe exactly what they see. They do, however, prefer to see what other people think every now and then. When certain aspects of our routines become habitual, we are unable to properly analyse what we are seeing. During the day, when we all look at the same picture, we all prefer to see what we already think. Likewise, our dreams change in response to our changing perception of what we see in our everyday lives.
As we grow our potential and broaden our perspective, we may notice that the symbolism and overall flow of our dreams change.
Analysis of our dreams and observation of our experiences while awake may also help us to recognise when our dreams have changed. If we are not paying attention to our dreams, it will be difficult for us to comprehend what is happening or to realise that something has changed.
Our dreams are extremely important in the development of our personalities. While sleeping, it is crucial knowledge since it reflects events that we cannot grasp or perceive when we are awake, as well as unsolved questions that we have in our thoughts when we are awake.
It is more vital to understand ourselves and recognise the guidance of our guides than it is to comprehend or solve the problems of others in order to be healthy and balanced human beings. Those who realise this experience more vivid dreams as a result. Only when our egos, concerns, and fears are removed from our thoughts and actions can we consider the possibility of alternatives to what we see or believe. These stages of sleep are also known as REM sleep. While we are awake, we can free ourselves from the limitations and ideas that hold us back by breathing in and out with diaphragmatic breathing, which we can continue to do while sleeping.
Even when we have no intention of leaving, our dreams can serve as our guides, pointing us in the right direction. It is possible for dreams to provide insight into solutions to situations in which we are trapped and unable to make a decision, either by reminding us of the same problem (emotion/behavior) or by reminding us of a symbol from a prior experience, and they can function as a key to illuminate our path.
When analysing your dreams, recalling the people you saw, the consequences of your previous interactions with them, and how they made you feel implies that you will make the same decisions with the same outcome and feeling in your future.
After that, I'll see you in my next post, and in the meantime, I wish you peaceful dreams filled with awareness...
