Kittens Purring Makes It Healthy @senseicat

One of the most relaxing sounds is listening to my kitties purr and each one has it's own unique vibrations. Our youngest kitten, Satoshi sounds like a freight train despite his tiny size while the older kitties are lower resonance.

There are some extraordinary kitten facts relating to purring. Kittens learn from a young age to purr when they are happy and relaxed. They purr using their laryngeal and diaphragmatic muscles. They can do it while breathing both in and out, and at a steady pace, creating a pattern of about 25-150 Hertz. We know that kittens love to purr when they’re happy − but what else can purring do for them? Amazingly, scientists have discovered that sounds produced at this frequency can actually improve bone density and promote healing!

yes ... keeping a cat can reduce stress. I think it's really a snoring sound of a cat for healing. I have lots of cats at home. I feel happy when I see them. I never get sick. Could it be because I keep a cat? They are good for me?
