Sweet Breakfast Pizza- Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free Recipe

Dreaming of a healthy gluten free pizza made of... chickpeas? Yeaa I know, it is crazy right! But I promise you it is the most delicious sweet pizza you will try out.:)

Hi dear friends! I will make this pizza tomorrow and wanted to share my recipe with you in case you also want to make your own. Here it is!

Looking for a healthy and sweet snack or pizza? This one if for you!!

RECIPE

Gluten free, sugar free and vegan!

Ingredients:

100 g boiled chickpeas

30 g rolled oats

1 tbsp coconut butter

80 g dates (pitted and chopped)

2 tbsp ground nuts or crushed linseeds

30 g grated coconut

Toppings:

Peanut butter, melted vegan chocolate, berries, fruits or whatever you like!

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients until it starts to stick together.
Press it out over a parchment paper. Form a pizza base.
Heat the oven to 180C.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Top with some tbsp peanut butter (natural), melted chocolate, berries and all your favourite toppings.
Enjoy with some tea!
