Checklist for a great cliff side picnic.
- New York Strip steaks. Thick and juicy
- Street corn (not quite authentic, but close enough)
- A cooler with cold beverages
- A trunk full of things that fly with cameras!
I modified my Blade Theory W wing a bit. I removed the canopy, added a proper battery mount with strap, chopped up the nose and tossed a Runcam split 2 backpack with a TBS unify pro for reliable video.
I hit the cliffs late in the day to reduce some of the wind and turbulence. The Blade does not like low flight. It is awful when the wind is cranking and thermals are popping. This flight was bearable, but not quite smooth. Video is some beach flying and light freestyle.
