Hello friends.Today I knock out some fun leg/kettle bell variations. Whenever I can incorporate working on balance in anyway, I feel in helps in many metaphorical ways as well.
I'm approaching a month into a new environment. I moved to San Diego from Las Vegas about a month ago, and it's a little overwhelming with thinking of how much that toxic environment played a factor in my mental health. I have thoughts of "not deserving" to live in such a beautiful city. But that thought does not belong to me- I can recognize it, feel it, and let it go, and with practice- new healthy thought patters arise.
“A thought arises; it comes and goes. It does not belong to me; it is just a phenomenon with no one behind it"
