Yes that's true I'd tried it and I realized too that eating once, one meal a day the the rest is fruit and vegetables it freaking amazing I survived but first couple of day I felt empty tummy but what I did every time I feel hungry I grab some fruits like banana, apple, cucumber one at a time then I get used to it at the same time I did exercise. I did this because I have my Highblood pressure and I think it can lose wait too. NOT A DOCTOR ADVISE! take note that's only myself experimenting.
