Reflections on love and hate!

Have you ever found that you love someone or something for no specific reason? Have you ever felt comfortable about the less likely of people?

We actually love everything that reminds us of our true nature and who we really are, resonates with our core, and permits us to freely be ourselves. When we are reminded of what we love we remember a lost aspect of our essence.
When we are strong we love what reflects our strength, when we are sad we love what expresses our sadness. If you are deep within an idealistic you would love anything that is accurately done. If you are deep within a fair person you would love every movie that featured justice. You like a book because it touches your essence, you like a story because it resembles yours.

Everything that brings us into touch with our true essence is authentically loved by us. It doesn’t matter if we are aware of the reasons or not, we love it any way.

On the others side we hate everything that limits us, that is dissonant with our essence. We feel bad about what anything bushes us out of alignment with who we are. Sometimes we are aware of the reasons why we hate such thing, other times we aren’t.
