- jumping warmup
-Same as day one 1 / 1,2 tempo 3 min rounds during the brake squads 20 reps .
-3 sets of one leg squad with weights 10 reps each leg
-3 sets of bruce lee push ups 10 reps each
Good stretsching to finish ☺.
