Seriously, I am beyond disgusted at what I'm seeing happen in the United Kingdom today. A youtuber known as Count Dankula has been convicted for making a joke online. What joke you may ask? He taught his girlfriends dog to do a nazi salute to annoy her. Yeah, that's it. We now live in the day and age where you can be convicted for having a dark sense of humor. I'm sure some of you have seen this by now, as it's finally starting to blow up a bit after the poor guy has been dragged around and delayed by the court system for around a year or two now.
I find it quite sad that freedom of speech apparently has just become some sort of abysmal joke in Western European countries, and really is just a pipe dream at this point. This is a sad day, and it sets a horrible precedent. I can only hope that they'll let him appeal the decision and that he can walk away without any real prison time. Any actual punishment for this is an absolute travesty. I don't even know how I've seen dozens of people actually agreeing with his sentencing on twitter and other platforms. You clearly don't appreciate free speech or understand it. It's extremely scummy to see, and I have to believe there's something pretty fucking wrong with those people. Everyone has made a fucked up or dark joke in their life, if this can happen to one person it can happen to us all.
Anyways, #FreeDankula!
Agree 100%. It was deemed "grossly offensive." So? You don't have the right to not be offended.

I didn't hear about this. That's fucking crazy and evil, dumb, stupid, sad and embarrassing all at once.
Do you remember the photo of Prince Harry attending a costume party with a swastika arm band? He wasn't arrested out taken to court.
Fuck 'em
Good post.
