몸이 굳어가는지

긴장되는 마음이 몸에서 나타난다

괜찮다는걸 머리로는 알면서도 조절이 안되는 나의 몸과 마음

아직도 멀었네~~~

빨리 내일 나의 안식처로 가서 쉬고싶다
