    There is my friend! I'm just striking dominant and with my major injuries over the last 8 years, I've not really trained any ground work, so I don't have any videos with any!

    I learnt my first arm bar back in the mid 90's!

        There isn't really a one stop website for Freestyle Karate / Freestyle Kickboxing, each school will have their own local syllabus and focus on their specialties. EG, some places may have more groundwork specialists, whereas others may be more stand up striking based, like ours.

            Ahhh sure, we compete in lots of stuff. When we run our own interclubs it's usually kickboxing / Thai boxing style. But we compete in anything we want to really. I've fought in Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and I want to do MMA now my surgery has healed. We've got people who've fought in mma and bjj comps too.
