I demonstrate and explain 10 kickboxing combinations that you can train in your own style. If you use 2 minute rounds with a 1 minute rest then this is a 30 minute martial arts workout.
Each round has a different kickboxing combination. The first five rounds use the rear leg roundhouse and the last 5 use the lead leg roundhouse. The techniques and combinations build on each other so take the time to work them out before going full speed.
If your style is different to mine you can still use the same combinations as they are all based around how the body naturally moves.
