The first thing we need to do for a change in our lives is to abandon all the bad habits we've had so far. This can be a very difficult job, because these habits are inherent and part of ourselves, so it is only natural that people will be so difficult to change bad habits within themselves.

Whether we like it or not, basically we often do not realize if we have kept many habits that harm ourselves, for example: happy to waste time and postpone work, no discipline and like to waste a lot of opportunities, wasteful and not calculation, other things that are not useful but often we do. We have grown accustomed and so comfortable going through this for a very long period of time and maybe even our entire life. To abandon these habits, is certainly the same as dying of our own comfort, are we prepared to do this?

We can learn about the value of a change from the gallant eagle which is the longest living bird in the world, which can reach 70 years old. But know that this can not be achieved easily, because at the age of 40 the eagle must choose a tough decision in his life. At this age, the claws begin to weaken, the beak grows longer and bends, and even the wings become heavy due to overgrown feathers. Eagles will find it difficult to fly, even foraging.

The eagle is confronted with two difficult choices, between performing a very heavy and painful transformation or dwelling while waiting for his death. To survive, the eagle must choose a long transformation and take up to 150 days. He will strive to fly and reach the top of the mountain and then make a nest on the edge of a precipice, the eagle will live there and undergo its transformation.

The first thing he will do is to peck his old beak against the hard rock surface, until the beak is dated from his mouth. The eagle will stay for a while and wait for the growth of a new beak. With the new beak, the eagle will shed one by one its claws and wait until the claws grow again. The new claws will be used to pluck the hairs one by one, which is of course very painful. It takes up to 5 months, so that the feathers grow back, after which the dashing eagle can fly and explore the sky again with mighty for 30 years into the future.

This is certainly not an easy process, which can be traversed in just an instant. So also with the change in us, sometimes we have to go through it with very painful, tiring and even so sad. However, it will all match the good results and changes we get.

The story of this gallant eagle taught us to try to make changes in order to achieve a better life. Hopefully this motivational story useful and do not forget to read other articles only in sipolos.
