I Am Doing My Okayest (And I'm Not the Only One)

And it turns out a lot of you are as well. And people on Twitter and Facebook are starting to share what their #myokayest looks like. So I'm introducing that hashtag here and will be around to support anyone who uses it.

But I'm working on being #myokayest

#Myokayest today is wearing my partners workout clothes even though they are too big because the pants that fit me are dirty.

This morning I'm going to do #myokayest at the gym. I have an injury. It hurts. But not moving feels worse. @HoosierCrossFit

#Myokayest is not making dinner tonight. My partner can do that. It's my night off and I'm going out.

#Myokayest will be not changing even after I work out. Instead, I'm throwing on a bathrobe and slippers.
