You never know what you might catch fishing.
Fast paced action movie done well with a reasonable story line, not brilliant. But then do we really watch these movies for the plot twists or the big bangs?
A new take/refresh on a plot that has been used before, this is the story of a person that is found wounded and without any memory of who he is or how he got there. In this incarnations Jason Bourne is found by fisherman, he is of course wounded. The crew manage to heal his wounds and they find an implanted device that has what appears to be a Swiss bank account number.
No other clues can be found, so once the boat has returned from the fishing trip, Jason heads to Switzerland, however he is picked up by various security cameras that the CIA are monitoring and they dispatch some of there agents to eliminate him.
So now Jason is being hunted by the CIA and can't remember why that might be. The race is one, will he remember in time and be able to to save himself or will the operatives remove the potential threat to a particular secret program first?
This did start a number of Bourne sequels, the ones with Matt Damon are also worth watching, one of the sequels "The Bourne Legacy" was OK, but did miss Matt Damon.
