안녕하세요 kay입니다.

오늘은 늦잠을 자고 싶었는데.. 새벽부터 눈을 떠서 .. 무얼 할까 하다가!!
집밥백선생 재방송을 보던 와중에 감자짜글이가 나왔어요!!ㅋㅋㅋ

바로 마트로 갔지만... 문을 열지 않아 집에 있는 재료와 편의점에서 햄을 사들고 요리시작했습니다 :)

감자와 양파와 청양고추 파 를 썰어주세요

햄은 비닐에 넣고 마구 두들겨 주시면 됩니다(사진을 깜빡했어요ㅠㅠ)

양념장의 경우 된장(1/3 숟가락), 고추장(1), 고춧가루(2), 설탕(1), 간 마늘(1), 간장(4) 넣어주시면 됩니다 ^^

한꺼번에 넣어서 조리 시작합니다 !!


물은 두컵정도 넣으신 다음에 대퐈와 청양고추 모두 넣어주시고 끓이시면 됩니다 :)
짜글이가 될때까지 끓이다 보면.....

이렇게 됩니다~!! 물이 많이 줄어들 때 까지 계속 끓여주시기만 하면 완성!!


샐러드도 같이 곁들어서 푸짐한 한상이 차려졌습니다 :)

일요일 아침부터 거한 한상으로 시작해보겠습니다 ..

                              양념장만 미리 만들어 놓으면 비교적 조리 방법도 쉽고~
                              야외 놀러가서 안..주로.. 제격일것 같네요 :)
