To be honest, I always pictured it as a didgeridoo when I was a kid (maybe because of the whole Australia obsessed craze that existed in U.S. media when I was younger around the year 2000) and it wasn't until writing this list until I stopped to think, huh, that's probably not what it is, huh? haha So I looked it up and made the "Sanford & Son" theme song connection as the same sound. (Also a great song.)
