Everytime someone makes the obligatory 1000+, 2000+, 3000+ Follower Milestone post

As someone who have been on this platform for over 8months now, all I can say about the people following someone is that around 95% are bots/alts/upvote fishers.

I for one is not so sure if it's worth celebrating or bragging about, as one could have 5000 followers but only 10 are actively engaging with you. XD

This is going to be absolutely meta but having been on the Steem blockchain for almost a year now, I constantly eyeroll [and also sigh] when I hear/read community leaders mix up Steem and Steemit.

One is decentralized and the other couldn’t be more centralized. While we are still in the very early days of the blockchain it is important we get it right. Especially those community leaders and/or leading Steemians should get it right because due to their rep and following they stand to have even more followers when the floodgates slowly but surely open after HF20.

Also, going even more meta, the eternal flood of Musing questions asking always the same “will bitcoin go up/down/sideways” or “what token should I invest in to go to the moon next year”.

"I'll pray for you" or "my prayers are with you" - that might make the person who prays feel better about the other's ordeal but doesn't help at all.

Whenever i hear some heart-broken ladies say “men are scum” i just roll my eyes in anger because i find it

disrespecful for someone to generalize that men are

scum just because they were dissapointed by a particular guy or some guys in the past so because of

that they begin to paint all men as being evil and that is a very wrong approach to the problem they are

facing...and yes some men may be scum but not all men are scum...

"I'll pray for you" or "my prayers are with you" - that might make the person who prays feel better about the other's ordeal but doesn't help at all.

I roll my eyes every time people tell me this generic phrase, I can’t help you now .

I roll my eyes when i hear people say forgive a rapist. That's unforgivable.

Whenever I roll my eyes it's a sign I don't approve that particular thing or when I'm tired and there is alot of work to do and most often I roll my eyes where ever I hear some keep saying they want to do something and not take actions! In a lame man language 'they are all words and no actions'
