My #Ulog Breakfast Dish- Egg Omelette with Mushrooms

What a blessed beautiful morning after attending church.

As happy as the sunny windy sunday morning, I cooked this a little variations of egg omelette.

So, what makes it different from a traditional egg omelette is I added mushrooms, which is my favorite.

So, here how I prepare this egg omelette with mushrooms;

  1. Scrambled the eggs (preferably fresg eggs to have more egg whites)
  2. Slice onions, tomato and spring onions
  3. Slice the mushrooms if it is whole into 3 parts
  4. Heat olive oil or canola oil just enough to make the spices tender
  5. Once the oil is heated add the spices in the non stick pan.
  6. Once it slightly cooked add the scrambled eggs(please note seasoned with a dash of salt, ajinomoto and black peper first) before adding it to the spices
  7. I just few minutes, the egg omelette with mushrooms in ready to be served with steming hot coffee
