It is a windy evening now, so we have prepared this “utan bisaya” for dinner.
This dish is very popular among Fiipinos, aside from its affordable ingredients it is also very healthy.
Preparing it is so simple as follows;
Prepare all these vegetables;
Malunggay (Moringa), Alugbati (Malabar Spinach), Gabi,
Yellow and white squash, okra, eggplant, sikwa(sponge gourd), and beansThen add all these spices: ginger, onions, tomato and spring onions
Then fry fish as meat for vegetable dish
- Boils enough water in the pot
- When the water boils add all the vegetables except the malunggay and malabar spinach in the boiling water.
- Add the ginger and onions
- Simmer it for few minutes for the vegetables becomes tender
- Add the meat fish
- Add the malunggay, malabar spinach and spring onions
- Add salt and ajinomoto to taste.
- Your yummy vegetable dish is now ready to serve.
