True, it does sometimes seem so, but my take on that is that it's the darkness coming into the light in order to be healed.
In my world, despite setbacks, everything is getting better and better.
And statistics bear me out . . . despite our abysmal fearmongering media, we are actually living in one of the most peaceful and abundant times on our planet.
Which certainly doesn't mean that there aren't still problems to solve, but it does give me great hope that they are actually solvable.
