Man Facing Murder Charges In Toddler's Death

in news •  6 years ago

Brian Zingg, 36, has pled not guilty to murdering his girlfriend's toddler.

Brian Zingg, from Toledo, Ohio, is facing murder charges and it doesn't seem like he will be found innocent.

He is also facing charges of tampering with evidence and child endangerment. Of course, that's the least of his worries.

According to Zingg, 2 year-old Lukas Slater accidently fell off his skateboard on Elmhurst Road in Toledo on August 29, 2018.

Police reports state that Zingg did not call 911 or bothered to get Lukas the proper medical care he needed. 6 days later young Lukas died.

Autopsy was done and it concluded that Zingg's statements weren't consistent with the autopsy results.

Brian Zingg is being held on a one million dollar bond at the Lukas County Jail in Toledo, Ohio.
