Graphene is one of those inventions that have been given a lot of hype but we just didn't see it being part of everyday things.

Now that seems to change because the Italian company Interchimica has developed an asphalt to which they have added graphene, which increases the life of the asphalt by 250%.

Thanks to their unique strength characteristics and extreme thinness, these two-dimensional carbon structures double the life of pavements, increasing their resistance and reducing their thermal susceptibility.

The initial project consists of the reconstruction of the pavement of the Provincial Highway 35 Milan-Meda, and some other sections.

We will see how this affects the wheels of the car
