One of the applications of virtual reality that we will see shortly, is the possibility of creating avatars of our loved ones through artificial intelligence, which allow us to continue with them after their deaths.

With all the gloom that this may seem, the case has already occurred in South Korea where, in a documentary, a mother is reunited through virtual reality with an animated avatar created in the image and likeness of her deceased daughter .

Although now it is a bit orthopedic yet, we have to create the avatar with photos and videos already created but, in a few years, things will change.

When, shortly, we all have our virtual avatar on any of the platforms that will appear, it will be much easier for our virtual self to remain alive on the networks after the meat self dies.

Honestly, I don't know if I will be able to fit things like this at my age, by the way, the video of the original article is a bit scary.
