I'm in a state of extreme unreasonable overhype over this guy, who legitimately looks like a starting caliber QB. Once again, Trubisky was the best QB on the field, albeit going against the 3rd stringers. But you can only play who you play and he went 75% completions, 7.5 yards per attempt with a touchdown.
Game one, he couldn't miss a guy for the first 2 drives, meanwhile, their starter went 2 straight games with a pick, and almost having 2 pick 6s. I don't think he's actually that bad, but he's clearly back up caliber, he cannot sustain a drive nor can he punch it in. Trubisky on the other hand, he is accurate and can push the ball into the end zone with his arm and legs.
