The human mind is very interesting and is very important. Peace of mind is one thing every human crave for, it's is sense of relief and relaxation, once the mind is disturbed the entire body is disturbed, that is why we all need to practice relaxation of the mind every time. In order to achieve this here are a few tips
- Forgiveness- to let go of anger, bitter you have against someone will give you a sense of relief.
- Pray- for me personally I think when one pray one gets a sense of assurance, peace and relief.
- Spend time with loved ones- spending time with loved ones helps alot. You find out when you are with your loved ones you forget about your sorrow or problem and you also have who to share them with. It's more of laughing and happiness with loved ones.
- Meditate- meditation helps strengthen your mind and ease as well.
