The Cowardly Mindset of "It's Extreme to Push Your Opinions of What's Wrong"

In reading your dialogue, I'm reminded of the lyrics to the classic Simon & Garfunkel song, 'Sound of Silence.' 'People talking without speaking/people hearing without listening/people writing songs that voices never share/and no one dared/disturb the sound of silence/"Fools" said I, "you do not know"/ silence like a cancer grows'

And this is exactly what happens when we fail to listen and fail to speak. A wrong, grows like a tumor within society until it reaches a terminal stage when enough people become awakened to the danger.

Thanks for sharing, I like the song but never looked at the lyrics. It fits well :)
