Sorry got to completely disagree. The mind is the information in your brain. Its the information and the way it is connected in your brain that gives rise to consciousness . I have to agree with Max Tegmark in that regard. However its the information and the connections between that information that is much i more important than the underlying structure of the brain. So its very possible that machines could in the future be conscious. Or that we could transfer the information and its relationship between itself , in your brain on to a computer which would then be conscience version of you but not you.
