    I ate chicken rice a lot in Vietnam for 5 years. Tend to eat and enjoy chicken more than turkey. But turkey may be like the ribs of birds.

      It’s all dependent on convenience and versatility for me. Turkey usually needs more time to prepare and tends to be more of a “standalone” dish, whereas chicken can be prepared very quickly, and compliments more ingredients than turkey.
