It's not flaming girl, that we can see. Flamin Girl doesn't mean much, even though we have the girl there.
But flaming IRL. That's what I call business. We have flames, fire and burning and the "in real life" we all love.
I know some people have these special suits which allow them to put themselves on fire while still remaining unharmed. Now I can imagine you are creating Steemit posts while wearing a special, burning suit, as you would be "flaming in real life".
