Fresh homemade PASTA

From scratch to plate :)

Pretty basic. the ratio is 1 : 1 ( 100 g flour = 1 egg )

Ingredients:

  1. flour
  2. eggs
  3. salt for taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. knead the dough until it gets smooth.
  3. Flatten the the dough , let it dry , then use the pasta maker to cut the dough sheet.
