A morning view of an upcoming development

Howdy today sir deepwaters! I should have distinquished that we did strictly REO properties, ones that the banks had foreclosed on, it was a totally different career than what a retail Realtor did. No comparison. A retail Realtor would have no idea how to do REO's. lol.
That's what made it so stressful, it was a hundred times more work, at least, than just listing a house for sale like the retail Realtors do. We took the houses through the entire process of getting it to selling it. The banks forced the Realtors to tell the occupants they were being evicted too! lol. We had alot of drama.

Are you a builder too, are you building the houses on the lots?

How very interesting!
I can understand about being coerced out of the business, and yes, the stress can kill you. (What area did you operate?).
I am really interested in Real Estate. I left a big job in Resort Accounting, and decided to focus on my own interests. I sell 1/4 parcels of land and have a business with other partners-A K-12 private school.

Howdy today deepwaters! By what area do you mean what part of the country? We were in Ohio. Thousands of foreclosures every year there.
What is Resort Accounting?
And you are saying that your partners and you also own a school?
